Purchase & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Acceptance & Discretion

All orders are subject to final acceptance and product availability. We reserve the absolute right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or amend any order at any time prior to dispatch or collection, without liability, including (but not limited to) circumstances involving pricing errors, stock discrepancies, suspected misuse, breach of policy, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. No Change of Mind Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations for change of mind once an order has been placed and payment processed. Customers are responsible for ensuring all product details, including size, colour, and style, are correct at the time of purchase.

3. Pre-Orders & Special Orders

All pre-orders and special-order items must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments made toward pre-orders, including deposits, are strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation, change of mind, incorrect selection, or failure to complete purchase.

Pre-orders and special-order items may not be cancelled once confirmed.

4. Lay-By Arrangements

Where a lay-by option is offered, a non-refundable deposit (minimum 10%) is required to secure the item. The remaining balance must be paid in full within the agreed timeframe (maximum eight (8) weeks unless otherwise stated).

Failure to complete payment within this period will result in automatic cancellation of the lay-by. Any monies paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be forfeited or issued as store credit at our sole discretion. Store credit is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Final payment must be received in full prior to collection or dispatch of goods.

5. Pricing & Administrative Errors

We reserve the right to cancel any order arising from typographical errors, system errors, or incorrect pricing. Where payment has been processed, a refund will be issued for the amount paid, and no obligation to supply the product at the incorrect price shall arise.

6. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, future sales, promotional access, or lay-by arrangements to any customer who breaches these terms, misuses promotions, or engages in conduct deemed inappropriate or abusive.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in relation to any cancelled order shall be limited strictly to the refund of monies actually paid.

8. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any non-excludable rights or guarantees under applicable consumer protection legislation.
