Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and photos attached of the current state of your items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Misuse of Discount Codes, Promotional Offers & Donated Items
We reserve the right to cancel, refuse to fulfil, or amend any order where a discount code, promotional offer, donation, or pricing arrangement has been used incorrectly, inappropriately, or in breach of these terms. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of codes not intended for public distribution or items supplied at reduced or no cost for a specific agreed purpose.
Where goods are provided at a discounted rate, complimentary basis, or as a donation for a specific event, promotion, raffle, fundraiser, or agreed purpose, and that event or purpose is cancelled, postponed indefinitely, altered without prior agreement, or the goods are not used as originally agreed, the recipient will be responsible for the full retail value (or agreed commercial value) of the goods supplied.
In such circumstances, an invoice for the outstanding balance will be issued and must be paid in accordance with our standard payment terms.
We further reserve the right to refuse future promotional support, donations, or discounted supply arrangements where misuse has occurred.
Where payment has already been made in connection with any incorrect pricing or misuse, we may issue a refund or adjust the order at our sole discretion.
Pre-Orders & Lay-By
All pre-orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch or collection. Where a deposit or part-payment is accepted to secure a pre-order, such payment is non-refundable if the customer cancels, changes their mind, orders the incorrect item or size, or otherwise decides not to proceed with the purchase.
Dusty Trails Clothing may, at its discretion, offer a lay-by option. A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the purchase price is required to secure the item. The remaining balance must be paid in full within eight (8) weeks of the original purchase date. We reserve the right to cancel the lay-by arrangement if the balance is not paid within this timeframe.
Final payment must be received in full prior to collection or dispatch of the item. If the customer no longer wishes to proceed with the lay-by purchase, any amounts paid (excluding the 10% non-refundable deposit) will be issued as store credit to the value of the payments made.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
